Happy July! It’s been a crazy year with COVID-19 completely changing the way we do life but with Summer here and the lockdown easing we can try and get back some normality.

Like many of you, I’m missing the gym but that’s no excuse to keep fit and get active. It’s a great time to get outdoors, to the park or your garden and work out in nature and fresh air.
