Your Day 2 Workout

Today, we’re going to increase the intensity a little bit – I would like you to aim for 3 sets,  (throw in an extra set if you’re feeling up to it), but remember, it’s your challenge, and it’s important to go at your pace.

  • 10 Plank jacks
  • 30 Second high knees
  • 16 Shoulder taps
