Your Day 3 Workout

I’m throwing in a little ab circuit for you today:

  • 5 Up and down planks
  • 10 Mountain climbers
  • 5 Up and down planks
  • 10 Mountain climbers
  • 10 second plank hold

Aim for 2-3 sets with 30 seconds rest in between and as always listen to your body.
