Natalia Kotowska is from Poland, from a city named Wodzislaw Slaski. She grew up there and started her dance journey as a little child. In 2009 Natalia graduated from Sport University in Katowice achieving bachelor degree in Tourism and Leisure. At the same time she continued developing her dancing and modelling.
She performed on a different stages from the theatres, cinemas, sport arenas, to the music videos, side specific and street performances. After graduation she decided to take her dance and fitness career on the next level and she moved to London.
She represented London and Poland in many dance competitions in counties such as Canada, USA, Germany, Poland, Estonia and Ukraine participating in dance events, battles, discussion panels and workshops.
She was travelling the world gaining knowledge about hip hop and house dance. In 2014 Natalia graduated from East London University achieving her second bachelor degree in Dance Urban Practice. During those three years of university Natalia performed many times on Stratford Theatre Stage where she gained confidence and performance skills. In meantime she continued her education as a personal trainer and gained level 3 PT qualifications.
Natalia is working as a personal trainer, coach, dance teacher and performer across UK and internationally developing her position as an educator. She works with Studio 68 London, Royal Academy of Dance, Gymbox, Afewee Boxing Club and more.
Her commercial work experience is constantly growing. She worked on several music video productions, two Bollywood Film Productions titled ‘ Shaandar’ and ‘Love Shuda’, clothing adverts and more.
Natalia is a fitness expert on a TV Show called ‘The Chrissy B Show’ which is the UK’s only TV show dedicated to mental health and wellbeing topics where she presents fitness tips and workouts that help people to look after their physical and mental health. She has lead a dance challenge #MHD Challenge - Mental Health Dance Challenge, that was aired on Sky TV to build awareness to a mental health problems.
Natalia is also currently a radio presenter on UK Health Radio, the worlds no. 1 ‘Talk Health’ radio”. In her weekly show #FitLife- Healthy Body and Mind, Natalia and her guests talk about everything from fitness and nutrition to body image and self love.
Natalia graduated from Dance and Sport University achieving two bachelor’s degrees in both dance and sport. She works with Studio 68 London, Royal Academy of Dance, Gymbox, Afewee Boxing Club and more.
At this current moment facing corona virus she lead online dance and boxing classes as well as personal training to help people maintain their mental and physical health.
